I believe mothers deserve space to grow alongside their babies. My background in family studies, psychology, parent education, and casework shapes the way I think about families. Now, as a mom and a learning sciences graduate student, I'm bringing those pieces together in Motherhood Learning Lab.
My hope is to help you understand yourself, practice useful skills, and find more confidence and joy in this chapter.
